Key Risks Associated with Gacha Galaxy

Regulatory Uncertainty

The regulatory oversight of digital assets like Gacha Galaxy Tokens remains in its infancy globally. Significant uncertainty surrounds the treatment of digital assets and associated activities. The legal, regulatory, and tax landscape could undergo future modifications that may be difficult to predict and could have substantial effects on digital assets.

Blockchain and Security Risks

Digital assets operate on blockchain technology, and their security, transferability, storage, and accessibility depend on variables beyond Gacha Galaxy's control, including security and stability of the underlying blockchain, potential disruptions in mining operations, and custody of private keys for digital wallets.

Gacha Galaxy does not guarantee its ability to shield digital assets from adverse effects of external factors. Events stemming from these external factors could lead to partial or complete loss of acquired digital assets, which may be irreversible.

Irreversibility of Transactions

Transactions involving digital assets are final and irreversible, even in cases of fraudulent, erroneous, or accidental transactions. Digital assets engaged in such irreversible transactions may not be retrievable.

Smart Contract Risks

The computer code governing the smart contract for Gacha Galaxy Tokens may contain imperfections, errors, flaws, or bugs that could impair certain functionalities, compromise user data, or pose other risks. If the smart contract becomes non-functional for any reason, it may impede users' ability to transfer tokens to third parties or hinder recipients' capacity to exercise associated rights.

Privacy and Transparency Risks

The comprehensive trading history associated with each digital wallet is accessible to the public. While blockchain data is anonymized, it includes the blockchain address of each transacting party and the complete trading history of each address, including trading volume and digital asset balances. This public information may allow individuals to infer the identities of certain address holders based on publicly accessible information.

Private Key Management

Users are responsible for safeguarding their digital wallet's private keys. The private key or combination of private keys is essential for managing and transferring digital assets stored in the wallet. If private keys are lost through misplacement or other means, it may result in permanent loss of digital assets. Gacha Galaxy is not required to take steps to retrieve any digital assets users may have lost.
